Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ's & Policies: Welcome

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Visit the Custom Order Request Tab on my website and see availability noted on that page.  If I'm currently taking orders you'll click on the button on that page and fill out the order request form. I will email you with your price quote.

Q: How much are your cookies?
A: Please see the prices tab above.

Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies?
A: For custom cookies I need a 2 week notice. Please note I do fill up, so I may not always be able to complete your request.

Q: Can I place a cookie order if I do not know my theme yet?
A: Yes! You can have your date held on my calendar if you do not know your cookie theme for a $20 nonrefundable deposit.  Your remaining balance will then be paid once your theme has been chosen, no later than 2 weeks prior to your pick up.  Please note that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookies.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 7 business days prior to your pick up date.  No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made.

Q: Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookie options?
A: Unfortunately I cannot at this time.

Q: Can you ship your cookies?
A: My cookies are for local pick up only in the Houston area. (I am located in New Caney.) It is illegal for me to ship my cookies due to the Cottage Food Law.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: No

Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full or have a $20 nonrefundable deposit until the theme has been decided.

Q: Can I freeze your cookies?
A: Yes! My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like.  To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability).  Rather than stacking them on top of one another, try stacking them on their sides. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them.  DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed.  This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
